Saves, purchases, refunds and your data.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Your progress is saved on your device, and a copy is kept in your iCloud (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play Games account (Android) when you are signed in. Settings › Account › Cloud save across devices keeps the same save on your other devices of the same kind. The Privacy Policy, section 2.8 has the details.

I bought something on a new device. How do I get it back?

Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account and tap Settings › Account › Restore Purchases. Permanent purchases such as No Ads come back. See Support.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google: see Support.

How do I delete my data?

Settings › Account › Delete my data. See Support for what it deletes.

Are chests random?

Every chest names its guaranteed gear piece before you open it, and shows the odds of everything else. See Chests and keys.

I ran out of energy.

Energy: every level costs 10 energy. It refills by itself: +1 every minute, up to 100.
